The ChemGrout model CG502 is a skid mounted grout plant. This unit is designed for maximum efficiency by allowing simultaneous operation of the mixing and pumping. Spraying is also an option with these models. The ChemGrout model CG-502 features two 45 gallon mixing tanks, a 10 gallon holding hopper, and a open throat progressive cavity grout pump. The mixing tank has a highly efficient vertical paddle mixer to provide a rapid mixing cycle. The holding hopper is equipped with an internal auger to keep the material thoroughly mixed while pumping. The standard grout pump is a 2 Stage, Size 4, positive displacement, progressing cavity, rotor-stator pump which produces a smooth output with no pulsation. The rugged steel frame stands up to the toughest job site conditions. Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production. All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning and maintenance.
Applications include: voidfilling, waterproofing, spraying, post tensioning, machine base, self leveling floor underlayments, seal coating, finishing and resurfacing concrete.
