DEWATERING PUMP -
The BDS Pump is a simple dewatering device, designed for one man operation.It requires low pressure, low volume, compressed air for operation. The assembly consists of a stainless steel pump body, expandable (and replaceable) rubber sleeves, upper and lower discharge hoses, air supply hose, pressure regulator assembly, operating valve, and fittings.
The lightweight tube and sleeve assembly is lowered into the blasthole to be dewatered, the air valve opened, inflating and consequently expanding the sleeve. This pressurizes the hole below the sleeve, forcing water up the discharge tube to the surface.
